White-Water-Kayak

Track:

Leisach – River Drau – Lienz "Tiroler Brücke"

Wait (without boat) for your paraglider at the Leisacher footballground

Punt- run to the river Drau (about 100 m) – jump into it – an swim through it

Run along the channel of the water power station to the place where your boats are lying (about 150 m) at the transformer station. Get in the boat on the ramp above the channel

Cliff-take-off - 6 metres free fall (compulsory)

1.000 metres Regatta to the 1st slalom zone

1st upward zone 50m (beginning and end there is one gate each) after 200m free boating you’ll get to the 2nd upward zone (about 60m) and after another 100m 3rd upward zone. At the footbridge “Joast-Brücke” a eskomo-role has to be done (360°, full roll)

1.300m Regattacourse up to the crossing with the river Isel – no getting out! Paddling up the Isel for 300m to the Tiroler Bridge: at this gate on the right hand side of the bank

Boating out and carrying boat upwards round the KATARAKT – there as you like it.

Boating in, going through the hanging gates at the Isalkatarakt number by number

getting out of the boat at the left side of the bank and running up to the finish while carrying your boat (partner is waiting there)
